ShellShock Protection 30-Day Return Policy

Return Period: Customers may return their ear and eye protection products within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may be denied a refund or exchange.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process: Contact ShellShock Protection customer service to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error by ShellShock Protection.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days after the receipt and inspection of the product.
