SHELLSHOCK PROTECTION 90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
Warranty Coverage: Shellshock Protection warrants its ear and eye protection products ("Products") against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Shellshock Protection will either (1) repair the Product at no charge, (2) exchange the Product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the Product.
Exclusions and Limitations: This limited warranty does not cover products sold as is or with faults acknowledged by you at the time of purchase, nor does it cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, neglect, or damage resulting from unauthorized alterations or repairs.
Obtaining Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, contact Shellshock Protection customer service by emailing contact@shellshockpro.com. Proof of purchase and product return may be required.
This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
