The SunShift HD is functional, ultra-lightweight (weighing only 1oz!), and suitable for the shooting range or other outdoor sports. Our lens are treated with FogGuard Pro™, a proprietary lens coating to reduce and prevent lens fogging during steamy range days. 

Our HD+ lenses, a proprietary amber colored tint designed to enhance the contrast of yellow against a blue/green background outdoors, enhancing depth and contrast.  Colors become more bright and vibrant. Polarization blocks out glare. Made with shatterproof polycarbonate material with ANSI Z87.1 safety ratings, protecting your eyes from impact. 

Oleophobic coating reduces smudges, keeping your field of view clear, your mind focused.

Adaptive Light Technology (ALT) transitions the lens from clear when indoors to a grey tint when you're outdoors. This is the only pair you'll need in and out of the range.

Note: The lenses darken only when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light. They will not transition under indoor lighting or in vehicles with UV-treated windows.

The Cloak Ballistic Sunglasses meets MIL-PRF 32432A Class 1 & ANSI Z87.1 Safety Standard. Independent testing lab fired 0.15 caliber T37 shaped projectile at 700-725ft./sec. Cloak Ballistic Smoke-Colored lenses and frame passed the impact test, providing a high level of safety.

How Dark Does It Actually Get?

Photochromic lenses are categorized from 0 (clear lens) to 4 (very dark tint for exceptional glare).

Eclipse was designed to go from category 0 to category 3.

We chose this so the lenses never go so dark that clarity on sight or target is lost. 

Darkening takes seconds. Clearing takes a couple of minutes. That's true of every photochromic lens, ours included.

Which Eclipse Should I Get?

If you shoot exclusively outdoors in bright sun and want the darkest possible lens, the Eclipse Polarized is the better & more affordable buy. 

If you move between indoor and outdoor, or shoot at dusk, this is the pair.
